This heftiness contributes to its perceived security but poses logistical challenges for users who may want flexibility in accessing their stored items. In terms of fireproof and waterproof capabilities, numerous customers express satisfaction, citing it as a reliable option at a competitive price point. However, there are noteworthy concerns regarding customer service, particularly in instances where users experienced lock issues and sought help without receiving timely responses from the company.
