I tried this same boot scraper in the garden centre while wearing my Dubarrys and it indeed put terrible scratches down the side. I would happily use it with wellies or work boots but not a pair of £300 Barry’s. Better a softer brush for them.

I would guess so - my size 11 boots are accommodated quite well.

Can this boot scraper also be used when trying to get wellingtons off?

No. It works very well at removing dirt from boots and shoes but isn't suitable for removing boots.

Can I get extra brushes? As I had mine several years, and the brushes have disintegrated.

I haven't tried it myself, but if you 'google' Bosmere boot scraper, it will lead you to a replacement brush site. Hope this helps.
