The Original Headrest for The Herman Miller Aeron Chair H3 Mineral is a product designed for the Herman Miller Aeron Chair, and the H4 Mineral fits the Aeron Remastered Models 2016 and newer. According to the FAQ section, the headrest is not compatible with the Steelcase Leap V1, and the H5 model is under development with space for a headset. The EN team does not recommend the product for the Herman Miller Mirra chair, and they are developing headrests for the Mirra 2 chair. The customer reviews of the product, however, are mixed. One customer found the packaging problematic and indicated that the returned product was re-sold instead of being brand new. Another customer described the product as of poor quality that could not handle any pressure. Some customers were not comfortable with the product and did not find it suitable for wearing headphones. The headrest was overpriced and not recommended by some customers. Other customers were pleased with the product and saw it as an investment, making the chair even more comfortable than it was before. The product also matched the colour of some customers' Herman Miller chair. Overall, while the product has some satisfied customers, there are also those who have been disappointed with the product's quality and limitations.
