1-1/2" Shielded Coupling - 1 Each

**** The customer experience with the Fernco coupling product is decidedly mixed, reflecting both positive usability and significant quality control issues. Many users appreciated the product's potential to simplify plumbing tasks, especially those with limited plumbing knowledge. One customer shared a poignant experience of needing to replace a sink in an older home, highlighting how the Fernco cap proved to be a valuable solution that saved both time and money. It underscored the ease of installation and versatility of the product in their specific plumbing scenario. However, a recurring theme in several reviews indicates serious concerns with the product's quality, specifically the absence of critical rubber inserts that are essential for creating a sealed connection between pipes. One reviewer noted that upon inspection, the absence of these inserts rendered the couplings ineffective, leading to frustration, wasted time, and the need to seek alternatives at local stores—often at a higher cost. This lack of quality control appears to detract from the overall customer satisfaction, prompting some to question the reliability of the order fulfilment process. Overall, while the Fernco coupling offers an excellent conceptual solution for plumbing tasks, issues with missing components have marred the experiences of several customers, resulting in a product that may not always deliver on its promises. **
