Prolux Brushes Editorial Review

**** The Prolux Core 13" Heavy-Duty Brush has received mixed feedback from customers, revealing both its effectiveness and potential challenges in usability. On one hand, several users commend its performance, particularly highlighting its efficacy in cleaning tile and grout surfaces. When functioning correctly, the brush appears to deliver strong cleaning results, making it a desirable tool for those seeking to maintain hard surfaces. However, the experience has been marred by significant issues around compatibility and customer support. Multiple reviews indicate that customers struggled with receiving a suitable replacement brush, as the new brushes purchased either did not fit or were too tight for the Prolux Core machines. This has led to frustration, exacerbated by a lack of responsive customer service. Complaints about insufficient communication from Prolux regarding troubleshooting and product support have surfaced, leaving some users feeling abandoned and disappointed. Ultimately, while the Prolux Core 13" Heavy-Duty Brush can offer exceptional cleaning capabilities when properly utilized, potential buyers should be cautious regarding compatibility concerns and the company's customer service responsiveness. **
