The process for warm transferring a call will depend on the service provider. The phone does not work over WiFi without an adapter. The unit does not include a power supply, and customers have to purchase it separately. Several customers had issues with the Polycom VVX 250 phone, with some experiencing screen issues, confusion with shortcuts, and clunkiness with the transfer function. Some handsets were delivered unusable, incompatible with Google Voice for Gsuite, and provisioned to another company making it difficult to activate.
