Action & Adventure Editorial Review

Predestination is an R-rated film adaptation of Robert Heinlein's 1950's short story, All You Zombies. While complex, with excellent audio and cinematography, it may be too much for young children. However, the film is well-acted, with a nice twist at the end that leaves you thinking long after it's over. The film explores paradoxes and time travel, featuring lead actor Ethan Hawke as a time travel cop who recruits a transgender woman turned man against her will. The movie received mixed reviews, with some finding it mind-bending and an intriguing concept, while others found it boring and weird. Overall, the film is recommended for viewers who enjoy non-linear, thought-provoking films that offer a serious twist on traditional time travel plots.
