BEP Electrical Equipment Editorial Review

They mentioned that the switch had only two wire connections instead of the three shown in the picture. Additionally, there were complaints about the knob having a textured finish instead of a smooth one. When they reached out to customer service for an exchange, they were dissatisfied with the support received. However, another customer mentioned that though the switch did not match the image, it did function properly, even though they were not entirely satisfied with the quality. Ultimately, they chose to keep the product but stated they would not purchase from the seller again.
