In terms of compatibility, the Jellinator can be used with other molds besides shot-sized cups, as long as the mold has a relatively flat bottom. The only downside is that the connection between the tube and the bucket may leak, especially when it comes to small molds like gummy molds. The Jellinator is not suitable for making pudding shots, and the replacement of the spring loaded in the nozzle is unknown. Lastly, Jell-O shots made by this device are best Consumed within five days, hence, users are advised not to make Jell-O shots in advance.
