The bushings are slightly larger than the originals, so in some cases, the original bushings can be kept, and there won't be any need to drill out the peg head holes. In terms of compatibility, Grover 304C has post spacing of 29/32" and is suitable for standard 23mm on center. It's not compatible with F-style mandolin.
