Atomos Video Monitors Editorial Review

Atomos Shogun 7, 7" HDR Pro/Cinema Monitor-Recorder-Switcher is a versatile tool designed for video professionals. Users have praised its high-quality 1920x1080 resolution and impressive brightness of 1500 candela per square meter, making it suitable for various lighting conditions. Feedback indicates some users faced challenges with inconsistent features, particularly concerning its switching capabilities. Despite firmware upgrades improving functionality, many still desire the left-to-right screen flip feature, which is currently lacking. The Atomos Shogun 7 is promising, albeit with minor shortcomings that could be addressed in future updates.
