    svar: I do not know if they increase blood circulation but they are meant to keep you blood circulating. They work really well when running in the Spartan races by helping keep the blood circulating so you don't cramp.

    svar: I am 5’4” and 150 lbs. I bought the medium and feel as though I am between a medium and a large for a really good fit. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful than that.

    svar: 2XU publishes the sizing guide which I used to purchase my compression tights. I strongly suggest to refer to the official sizing guide. If you are borderline you may want go for the smaller size. My personal comment after using the MCS tights for 18 months during marathons and Ultra races ( I have multiple pairs) :The MCS tights are amazing, they truly minimise muscle vibrations and speed up the recovery process

The 2XU MCS Run Compression Tights are designed to minimize muscle vibrations and enhance recovery after running, and according to multiple customers, they do so effectively. One customer said that the compression leggings provided the necessary support during a distance walk and that she was barely sore the next day. Another customer, a runner and a triathlete, said that the tights were helpful for recovery days and that they made a significant difference in comparison to running without them. Furthermore, customers mention that the tights are comfortable and durable. Some of them have been using them for over a year during marathons and ultra races, and they still work effectively. However, some customers had issues with sizing. One customer found that the tights were tighter than other compression gear from 2XU, while another noted that she had to Constantly pull the tights up during a workout. Therefore, customers are advised to refer to the official sizing guide published by 2XU.
