The main unit will automatically shut off if the voltage detected is below the configurable voltage cut-off level. The voltage cut-off level is adjustable from 11.6V to 12.3V and 23.2V to 24.6V on the THINKWARE PC Viewer for Windows and Mac OS. The THINKWARE TWA-SH Hardwiring Cable is compatible with all THINKWARE Dash Cams (except for THINKWARE F550).
