The book provides an alternative to the traditional intelligence cycle and argues for a Target Centric approach to intelligence. Although the title is misleading as the book covers the entire intelligence process, it doesn't detract from the excellent content of the book. However, the book is not for the layman, and the author uses terms and refers to concepts that are somewhat obscure.
